History

Multi-ethnic men standing next to semi-truckFLS has been a pioneer in the transportation industry for over 25 years. Labor & Logistics Management (LLM) was created in 1991 on the heels of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986, which required all drivers to obtain a CDL to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Certified, compliant drivers soon became harder to find. LLM built a business stretching from Massachusetts to Virginia by reliably providing commercial truck drivers when customers needed them.

Fundamental Labor Strategies®, Inc.  was founded as a spin off of LLM in 2005 to provide driver compliance, management, and research products. The two companies merged in 2007 and continued to thrive under the FLS name and brand.

Through its commitment to continually improve its products and services, FLS made the decision in 2008 to consolidate its field operations into one multi-purpose office in New Hope, PA. This centralization of our resources has enabled FLS to provide true 24/7/365 dispatch and improve its overall driver and customer service. We have the ability to address and solve driver and client needs in the moment, consistently, professionally, and effectively.
