Tiffany Montalto, ARM, SHRM-CP
General Manager - Risk
Tiffany leads Fundamental’s Risk Management Department. She joined Fundamental in 2017 as a Risk Manager and brought over six years of experience in the insurance industry with her. She previously worked for New Jersey Manufacturers Casualty Insurance Company (NJM) and was licensed in property and casualty insurance. Drivers and staff depend on Tiffany’s calm demeanor and straightforward approach in every hectic situation. She says that the most rewarding part of her job is helping drivers stay compliant with DOT Regulations and safe while driving.
Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College. She has also earned her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Designation.
When she’s not talking to clients or drivers, she enjoys spending time at home with her daughter Olivia and four dogs (Muffin, Hardy, Bandit and Claire).
