Changes to Commercial Driver DOT Card Integration
Effective June 23, 2025, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will change how commercial driver medical examiner certification information is collected, shared, and stored. These new guidelines will require all certified medical examiners to electronically submit medical exam results directly to the FMCSA, who will then forward them to the state driver licensing agencies.
