Kathy Krueger
Vice President
Kathy is a Vice President of Fundamental Labor Strategies, Inc. Since her start at Fundamental in 2010, she has implemented process changes throughout the business and spearheaded numerous projects.
Prior to joining Fundamental, Kathy graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1992. She earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1999. Kathy was employed by Rohm and Haas Company in various positions including the roles of Corporate Development Manager, North American Market Manager-Building and Construction and Corporate Project Manager. She was also the President and Business Director of AgroFresh, Inc., now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, as well as gardening, traveling and spending time “down the shore!”
